By engaging with our business, you acknowledge that all products are handmade, that fundraising profits are donated to Smart Pups, and that certain risks, limitations, and disclaimers apply.

1. Use of Our Website & Services

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to make a purchase.

• You agree not to misuse, harm, or disrupt the website or the experience of other customers.

• We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of our business at any time.

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

• All items are handmade and may contain natural variations in colour, shape, or finish.

• These variations are not defects and are considered part of the product’s character.

• Stitching or tags may not be completely straight. This is made by a 13-year-old who is learning. 

• We do not guarantee identical replicas of any product displayed in photos.

3. No Professional Advice

Our products, descriptions, and information are for general purposes only. We do not provide medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. Any use of our products is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claims arising from:

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Allergic reactions

  • Shipping delays, errors, or damage caused by Australia Post

  • Website downtime or technical issues

  • Events outside our control (weather, postal disruptions, emergencies, etc.)

• You agree that your use of our products and services is entirely at your own risk. Please do a spot test before use. 

• Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
   

Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).​​​

5. Refunds & Replacements

• We do not offer refunds.

• Replacements may be offered only in limited circumstances where clear proof of our fault is provided, if you proceed with kindness. Any rude behaviour or arguments will result in no replacements.

6. Shipping

• All orders are shipped through Australia Post.

• We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels once lodged with AusPost.

7. Donations & Fundraising Transparency

• Profits are donated to Smart Pups until fundraising goals are met.

• We reserve the right to update or adjust donation allocations at any time.

• After Smart Pups goals are met, profits will be sent as small donations to other Smart Pup Members to pass on the kindness. Our future hope is that this business becomes big enough to fund Anna's future.

All photos, text, branding, and product designs belong to our business. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.​
