No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any purchases. All items are handmade by us, and each product is carefully checked before shipping. We also use proper wrapping and packaging to help ensure your order arrives safely.
 

Handmade Disclaimer

Because our products are handmade, slight variations are normal and part of their unique character. Items that are damaged due to mishandling after arrival or through normal use cannot be replaced or refunded.
 

Shipping Issues

If an item is damaged during shipping, this is unfortunately outside of our control. However, please reach out — we will always try our best to support you where we can.
 

Replacements

Depending on the situation, we may offer a product replacement. This is only possible when there is clear proof that the issue was caused by us. Photos or videos will be required so we can properly assess the situation.
 

Charity Commitment

All profits are donated to Anna’s autism assistance dog through Smart Pups. Because these funds are immediately directed to charity, we appreciate your understanding and support of this no-refund policy.
