Handmade With Love – Important Information
All of our products are lovingly handmade in small batches, meaning no two items will ever be exactly the same. Slight variations in shape, size, colour, and scent are completely normal and part of the unique charm of handcrafted goods.
Our entire range is made using goat’s milk and high-quality fragrance oils. As all items are created in the same workspace, there may be a possibility of cross-contamination between scents or ingredients. Please note, no colours or dyes have been added to our soaps. Soaps may change colour due to an oxidation process i.e. vanilla caramel turns pink.
We recommend performing a patch test/spot test before use to ensure there are no sensitivities or reactions.
All profits from these products will be donated to Smart Pups to support their incredible work.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds due to the handmade nature of our products, the natural variations between items, and because all profits are donated to Smart Pups. Thank you for understanding and supporting this cause.

Please allow 3–14 business days for us to create, check, and package your order before it is shipped with AusPost. Shipping times may vary and may take longer during busy or peak periods. Thank you for your patience.
